Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at JC&I. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within [number of days] days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

However, please note that certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • List of non-refundable items, e.g., custom-made items, sale items, digital products, perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, personal care goods such as beauty products, health and personal care items, and hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from JC&I

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
